I'm proud to announce the version 2.00 release of Form::Tiny, the extensible form framework.
As announced on CPAN a couple days ago, this release is a rewrite of Form::Tiny that focuses on fixing the previous design mistakes and providing a reliable environment for further development of the module.
This upgrade breaks the backward compatibility with 1.00 series, but keeps the compatibility with 1.10 series, with a couple of exceptions. Most existing forms should function as they do without any change. Additionaly, this version introduces a three month deprecation period before breaking compatibility, should it be necessary.
Notable changes are introduction of form metamodel, overhauled hooks system, multiple quality of life changes and a good chunk of bugfixes. It is available on CPAN.
